DTN Closing Grain Comments 11/23 13:44 Soy Products Part Ways After EPA Announcement January soybean oil closed up 2.37 cents and January soybean meal closed down $8.80 after EPA announced new renewable mandates for 2017. December corn lost a quarter-cent while March wheat fell 3 1/2 cents, facing another new 13-year high in the U.S. dollar.
