Electronic Claim Check is a secure and confidential way to receive your claim payment. Instead of mailing a paper check, Great American Insurance Company transfers the funds directly into your bank account.
No. Great American does not charge for this service. The only potential cost is a small processing fee from your financial institution, which typically averages around 12 cents.
You’ll receive a Proof of Loss document detailing your claim, just like you would with a traditional check. In addition, you’ll get an email notification confirming the deposit amount and date.
In most cases, the funds will be available in your account the next business day after the deposit is made.

To enroll, fill out the authorization form, and provide written permission to have your MPCI and/or Crop Hail claim payments deposited directly into your bank account. Please note: Electronic Claim Check is not available for claims involving an Assignment of Indemnity or a Transfer of Coverage.
