Yet significant trade volume will probably be postponed until sometime Thursday or Friday. A few showlists in the South have been priced around 135.00 plus. Beef cutouts are significantly higher at midday (Choice 210.81 +2.35, Select 205.35 +2.01) with light to moderate box movement (31.09 lds of choice cuts, 19.09 lds of select cuts, 20.72 lds of trim, and 30.77 lds of ground). Cattle futures are mixed at midday with nearby contracts higher and most 2016 issues lower.
