DTN Closing Livestock Comment 10/23 15:16 Livestock Futures Close Mixed Livestock futures closed mixed Friday. By Rick Kment DTN Analyst GENERAL COMMENTS: From Friday to Friday livestock futures scored the following Changes: Oct LC, Up $5.07; Dec LC, Up $3.98; Oct FC, Up $1.25; Nov FC, Up $3.10, Dec LH, Off $1.97 Feb LH, Off $2.30. According to the closing report, the Iowa hog base is $0.97 lower compared with the prior day settlement ($64.00-$69.50, weighted average $70.20). Corn futures closed higher, up 1 1/2 cents in the December and up 1 3/4 in the July.

We also provide training based on specialty crops and products, as well as basic training for agents new to the Crop Insurance Industry.

Great American provides convenient online testing that allows agents to meet their federal testing requirement from the comfort of their homes or offices. All agent testing will be completed within Crop University. Contact your regional office representative to establish a User ID and password.
