DTN Closing Grain Comments 06/28 13:46 Soybeans Higher, Early Gains Fizzle July soybeans were up 32 cents at one point early, but finished 17 1/2 cents higher as Tuesday's bullish start in grains fizzled on light volume. July corn let go of its early 10-cent gain and Chicago wheat ended 3 cents lower, pressured by favorable reports from the winter wheat harvest.
