DTN Closing Grain Comments 05/16 13:37 Surging Soybeans Float Other Grains The soybean complex was able to hold gains throughout the session surging to new highs late in the day and helping to support the other grain markets. Other commodities, namely cotton and cattle, weren't so fortunate and unable to take advantage of the weakening U.S. dollar. The U.S. dollar index fell to a new five-month low Wednesday.
