Flat prices hovered near the $6 level through the week, attracting modest farm selling interest. Basis levels held mostly steady on all wheats through the week, with most of the bids rolling to July futures. Weekly Sales...USDA reported a welcome rebound in export demand for U.S. wheat over the past week, with sales coming in at more than double the four- week average at 10.9 mb. Year-to-date sales now stand at 855 mb; which is 16% behind a year ago and 10% under the five-year average pace. Top seller for the week was hard red spring wheat with 4 mb, putting current year sales at 222 mb; 28% behind a year ago adn 15% below average. White wheat saw a solid rebound, registering 3.2 mb for the week to put total sales at 222 mb; 9% ahead of a year ago and 21% above average.
