USDA Report Highlights Benefits of Tax Cuts and Jobs Act for Farmers

(Washington, D.C., June 28, 2018) – U.S. Secretary of Agriculture Sonny Perdue today highlighted a new report showing the positive impacts of President Trump’s Tax Cuts and Jobs Act (TCJA) on American farms. Six months after the President signed the tax cuts and reforms into law, the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) Economic Research Service (ERS) has released a report, titled “Estimated Effects of the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act on Farms and Farm Households” (PDF, 3.5 MB).

Great American provides our agents with a comprehensive training program. We provide the tools and resources necessary to stay current in the ever-changing Crop Insurance Industry. We also provide training based on specialty crops and products, as well as basic training for agents new to the Crop Insurance Industry.

Great American provides convenient online testing that allows agents to meet their federal testing requirement from the comfort of their homes or offices. All agent testing will be completed within Crop University. Contact your regional office representative to establish a User ID and password.
