USDA Scientists, Engineers, Grantees Honored at White House with PECASE Awards

WASHINGTON, July 25, 2019 – Seven USDA scientists and engineers, and grantees were honored at the White House today as recipients of the Presidential Early Career Award for Scientists and Engineers (PECASE). The PECASE is the highest honor bestowed by the United States government to outstanding scientists and engineers who are beginning their research careers and who show exceptional promise for leadership in science and technology.

This system can also benefit the grower by providing 24-7 access to all the terms and conditions of their policies and the status of every claim they've filed. The grower can also monitor their account with Great American and premium payments can be made online.

Training

We offer over 400 classes in multiple locations to fit your needs.

Great American provides our agents with a comprehensive training program. We provide the tools and resources necessary to stay current in the ever-changing Crop Insurance Industry. We also provide training based on specialty crops and products, as well as basic training for agents new to the Crop Insurance Industry.

Great American provides convenient online testing that allows agents to meet their federal testing requirement from the comfort of their homes or offices. All agent testing will be completed within Crop University. Contact your regional office representative to establish a User ID and password.
