IOWA . . . . . *PRIVATE SOURCES DTN COMMENTS: The country is slow to start this morning following two days of light business with very wide price ranges. So far, the full range of Southern live trade this week has been $100 to $115, while the range of dressed deals has been $158 to $185. Asking prices for cattle left on showlists are around $115 to $120 on a live basis and $185 plus dressed. Beef cutouts are expected to be lower, with light to moderate box movement. NOTE: Feedlots are encouraged to call DTN with any cattle sales, at 1-800-369-7675, ext. 3678. All sales will be listed anonymously and organized by state. All live sales are FOB and set for 1-9 day delivery. General trends and summaries from this data will also be posted on the Daily Sales Reported to DTN page.

Great American provides our agents with a comprehensive training program. We provide the tools and resources necessary to stay current in the ever-changing Crop Insurance Industry. We also provide training based on specialty crops and products, as well as basic training for agents new to the Crop Insurance Industry.

Great American provides convenient online testing that allows agents to meet their federal testing requirement from the comfort of their homes or offices. All agent testing will be completed within Crop University. Contact your regional office representative to establish a User ID and password.
