IOWA . . . . . *PRIVATE SOURCES DTN COMMENTS: The country is very quiet this morning with business essentially done for the week. Asking prices for cattle left on showlists are around $142 in the South, and $234 in the North. Beef cutouts are expected to be lower with light to moderate box movement. This week North dressed deals have been marked at mostly $232, steady with the bulk of last week's business. Southern live sales have been marked at mostly $140 (with a few up to $141 in Kansas), fully steady with last week's weighted averages.
