DTN Closing Grain Comments 05/24 13:59 Corn, Wheat Lower as Brazil Reportedly Cut Deal With China July corn fell 14 1/2 cents Tuesday after Brazil's Ag Ministry said it reached a deal to export corn to China. July soybeans closed up 6 cents and November soybeans were down 1 1/4 cents. July KC wheat closed down 38 3/4 cents, July Chicago wheat was down 35 1/4 cents and September Minneapolis wheat was down 20 1/2 cents. The June U.S. Dollar Index is trading down 0.25 at 101.85. The Dow Jones Industrial Average is down 114.80 points at 31,765.44. June gold is up $16.30 at $1,864.10, July silver is up $0.35 at $22.08 and July copper is down $0.0395. July crude oil is down $0.93 at $109.36, July heating oil is down $0.0099, July RBOB gasoline is down $0.0099 and July natural gas is up $0.056.
