DTN Closing Grain Comments 04/05 13:56 Spring Wheat Leads Grain Sector Lower Wednesday May Minneapolis wheat fell 16 cents Wednesday, back from a test of its four-month high on Monday, as warmer temperatures are expected to follow this week's snowstorms, bringing melting as soon as Friday. The rest of the grain sector was mostly lower with the 10-year T-note offering a 3.29% yield, its lowest in seven months and a hint the market is expecting a slower economy ahead. Todd Hultman DTN Lead Analyst GENERAL COMMENTS: May corn ended down a penny and December corn was up 3/4 cent. May soybeans closed down 6 1/2 cents and November soybeans were down 4 cents. May KC wheat closed down 11 cents, May Chicago wheat was down 9 1/2 cents and May Minneapolis wheat was down 16 cents.
