DTN Closing Grain Comments 04/25 13:56 Economic Woes Weigh on Soybean, Wheat Prices July contracts of soybeans and all three U.S. wheats were lower Tuesday, weighed down by traders' concerns about a slowing U.S. economy as the Federal Reserve is expected to raise the federal funds rate on May 3. Only July corn was spared from Tuesday's selling, ending up a quarter-cent, finding support near $6.00. July soybeans closed down 18 1/2 cents and November soybeans were down 10 3/4 cents. July KC wheat closed down 14 1/2 cents, July Chicago wheat was down 4 cents and September Minneapolis wheat was down 4 cents.
