DTN Early Word Grains 04/25 05:53 Grain Markets Mixed; Corn Finds Support, Beans and Wheat Lower July corn is up 1 1/2 cents per bushel, July soybeans are steady, July KC wheat is down 2 1/2 cents, July Chicago wheat is up 1/4 cent and July Minneapolis wheat is up 3 cents. Kent Beadle, DTN Contributing Analyst EARLY MORNING GLOBEX NET CHANGES: July corn is up 1 1/2 cents per bushel, July soybeans are steady, July KC wheat is down 2 1/2 cents. CME GLOBEX RECAP: Monday's equity trade was mixed and choppy with slightly higher closes in both the S&P and the Dow. Worries about earnings continue, and a number of large tech firms are going to report this week. Tuesday morning's trade is lower and reflects that nervousness as well as higher interest rates. The market is looking ahead to 1Q GDP which will be released Thursday. OUTSIDE MARKETS: Previous close Monday showed the Dow Jones Industrial Average up 66.44 at 33,875.40 and the S&P 500 up 3.52 at 4,137.04, The 10-Year Treasury yield ended at 3.52%. Early Tuesday, the June Dow Jones Futures are down 154 points. European markets are lower with the spot futures of London's FTSE 100 trading down 0.34%, spot futures of Germany's DAX is trading down 0.13% and the spot futures of France's CAC 40 Index down 0.44%. Asian markets are mixed with Japan's Nikkei 225 Index up 0.09% and China's Shanghai Composite Index down 0.32%.
