DTN Early Word Grains 04/26 05:47 Grain Markets Higher, Trying to Rebound From Oversold Conditions July corn is up 1 3/4 cents per bushel, July soybeans are up 3 1/2 cents, July KC wheat is down 3/4 cent. Kent Beadle, DTN Contributing Analyst EARLY MORNING GLOBEX NET CHANGES: July corn is up 1 3/4 cents per bushel, July soybeans are up 3 1/2 cents, July KC wheat is down 3/4 cent. CME GLOBEX RECAP: Equity prices are mixed Wednesday morning, but the tech stock heavy NASDAQ is sharply higher led by strong earnings from Microsoft which were announced Tuesday afternoon. Alphabet also reported Tuesday and beat earnings estimates and that stock is higher as well. Bank stocks, which fell sharply Tuesday, recovered Wednesday morning as PacWest reported a rebound in deposits. Wednesday morning, we will have reports on durable goods, the U.S. trade balance, and both retail and wholesale inventories. We will also get weekly energy reports including the weekly ethanol grind Wednesday morning. OUTSIDE MARKETS: Previous closes Tuesday showed the Dow Jones Industrial Average down 344.57 at 33,530.83 and the S&P 500 Index down 65.41 at 4,071.63. The 10-Year Treasury yield ended at 3.40%. Early Wednesday, June Dow Jones futures are down 3 points. European markets are lower with the spot futures of the London FTSE 100 trading down 0.38%, spot futures of Germany's DAX trading down 0.68% and spot futures of France's CAC Index trading down 0.92%. Asian markets are lower with Japan's Nikkei 225 index down 0.71% and China's Shanghai Composite Index down 0.02%.
