DTN Closing Grain Comments 04/28 13:57 Spring Wheat, Soybean Oil Lead Grains Higher Friday After Bearish Week July contracts of corn, soybeans and all three U.S. wheats were higher Friday with the largest percentage gains in Minneapolis wheat and soybean oil. July corn was up 3 1/2 cents after the Environmental Protection Agency announced it will allow retail sales of E15 this summer. Todd Hultman DTN Lead Analyst GENERAL COMMENTS: July corn closed up 3 1/2 cents and December corn was down 3 cents. July soybeans closed up 15 1/2 cents and November soybeans were up 8 cents. July KC wheat closed up 11 cents, July Chicago wheat was up 4 1/2 cents and September Minneapolis wheat was up 16 1/2 cents.
