Todd Hultman DTN Lead Analyst EARLY MORNING GLOBEX NET CHANGES: December corn is up 5 cents, November soybeans are up 10 cents and July KC wheat is up 4 cents. CME GLOBEX RECAP: Early Friday, U.S. stock futures are starting slightly higher, supported by higher trading in Europe. How the government will resolve the issue of raising the debt ceiling remains on traders' minds, but banking fears seemed to have eased. There are no significant economic reports out Friday, but USDA's cattle on-feed report for May 1 is due out at 2 p.m. CDT. Trade estimates expect the on-feed total to be down almost 4% from a year ago. Friday's earnings reports include Deere and Company. OUTSIDE MARKETS: Previous closes Thursday showed the Dow Jones Industrial Average up 115.14 at 33,535.91 and the S&P 500 Index up 39.28 at 4,198.05. The 10-Year Treasury yield ended at 3.65%. Early Friday, June Dow Jones futures are up 4 points. European markets are higher with the spot futures of the London FTSE 100 trading up 0.38%, spot futures of Germany's DAX trading up 0.65% and spot futures of France's CAC Index trading up 0.66%. Asian markets are mixed with Japan's Nikkei 225 index up 0.77% and China's Shanghai Composite Index down 0.42%.
