DTN Closing Grain Comments 05/25 14:05 Mixed Day of Trading Notes Rain Chance in Extended Forecast December corn ended down 4 cents and November soybeans were down 12 3/4 cents with chances for isolated showers in the Midwest later next week. July soybean meal fell $5.00 to a new five-month low, partly related to ongoing concerns about China, but KC and Minneapolis contracts of wheat were able to finish modestly higher. Todd Hultman DTN Lead Analyst GENERAL COMMENTS: July corn closed up 3 1/2 cents and December corn was down 4 cents. July soybeans closed down 1/2 cent and November soybeans were down 12 3/4 cents. July KC wheat closed up 5 3/4 cents, July Chicago wheat was down 2 cents and September Minneapolis wheat was up 7 1/2 cents.
