Todd Hultman DTN Lead Analyst EARLY MORNING GLOBEX NET CHANGES: December corn is up 8 cents, November soybeans are up 16 cents and July KC wheat is up 3 cents. CME GLOBEX RECAP: Early Thursday, U.S. stocks are trading lower after the Federal Reserve left interest rates alone Wednesday but projected another half-percent hike yet this year. USDA's weekly export sales report is set for 7:30 a.m. CDT Thursday, the same time as weekly U.S. jobless claims, U.S. retail sales in May and an update of the U.S. Drought Monitor. A report on U.S. industrial production is at 8:15 a.m., followed by the U.S. Energy Department's weekly report of natural gas storage at 9:30 a.m. and USDA's Livestock, Dairy and Poultry Outlook at 2 p.m. OUTSIDE MARKETS: Previous closes Wednesday showed the Dow Jones Industrial Average down 232.79 at 33,979.33 and the S&P 500 Index up 3.58 at 4,372.59. The 10-Year Treasury yield ended at 3.80%. Early Thursday, June Dow Jones futures are down 13 points. European markets are a little lower with the spot futures of the London FTSE 100 trading down 0.17%, spot futures of Germany's DAX trading down 0.38% and spot futures of France's CAC Index trading down 0.57%. Asian markets are mixed with Japan's Nikkei 225 index down 0.05% and China's Shanghai Composite Index up 0.74%.
