DTN Closing Grain Comments 06/22 13:53 Row-Crop Prices Show Volatility; Soybean Oil Ends Slightly Higher November soybeans fell 37 1/2 cents and December corn was down 8 cents, not because of massive rains across the Midwest, but because market prices have become unstable with so much riding on the next weather forecast. July soybean oil followed Wednesday's limit-down close with a small gain of 0.14 cent, tempering the disappointment related to Thursday's announced renewable fuel volumes. Todd Hultman DTN Lead Analyst GENERAL COMMENTS: July corn closed down 10 1/2 cents and December corn was down 8 cents. July soybeans closed down 14 1/4 cents and November soybeans were down 37 1/2 cents. July KC wheat closed up 1/2 cent, July Chicago wheat was up 4 1/2 cents and September Minneapolis wheat was up 2 3/4 cents.
