DTN Closing Grain Comments 06/23 14:04 Corn, Soybean Prices Plummet On Hopes For Rain December corn fell 32 3/4 cents and November soybeans were down 29 1/2 cents as Friday's forecasts stoked more hopes for rain the next two weeks. July soybean oil posted the only gain of the day, closing up 2.17 cents as traders moderated their bearish reactions to Wednesday's announcement from the Environmental Protection Agency. July soybeans closed down 6 cents and November soybeans were down 29 1/2 cents. September KC wheat closed down 10 3/4 cents, September Chicago wheat was down 6 1/4 cents and September Minneapolis wheat was down 10 3/4 cents.
