Declining spring wheat conditions in the large club wheat growing regions of Washington state have also put a premium back on club wheat bids. Crop Progress...A week of drier weather nipped Pacific Northwest winter wheat conditions, as the three-state weighted index dropped a point to 91% of average. Idaho saw good to excellent ratings slip 4% to 45%, Washington was off 2% to 60% and Oregon dropped 5 points to 25%. Spring wheat ratings for Idaho gained a point to 61% good to excellent while Washington saw a 5 point decline to 42%. Shipments..Weekly export inspections showed the pace of wheat movement off U.S. ports was once again reflective of slow export demand, with total shipments of only 7.5 mb. Year-to-date loadings now stand at 28 mb and 42% below a year ago.
