DTN Early Word Grains 07/11 05:25 U.S. Crop Prices Push Higher Early Tuesday December corn was up 6 cents, November soybeans were up 16 cents and September KC wheat was up 13 cents. Todd Hultman DTN Lead Analyst EARLY MORNING GLOBEX NET CHANGES: December corn was up 6 cents, November soybeans were up 16 cents and September KC wheat was up 13 cents. CME GLOBEX RECAP: Early Tuesday, U.S. stock futures are trading a little higher, while stocks in Europe are mixed. Overnight, the U.K.'s Office for National Statistics reported the unemployment rate increased from 3.8% to 4.0% in the three months ending in May. The U.S. Energy Department's Short-Term Energy Outlook is the only significant report on Tuesday's docket. Wednesday will be busier with the consumer price index for June and USDA's WASDE report for July set for release. OUTSIDE MARKETS: Previous closes Monday showed the Dow Jones Industrial Average up 209.52 at 33,944.40 and the S&P 500 Index up 10.58 at 4,409.53. The 10-Year Treasury yield ended at 4.01%. Early Tuesday, September Dow Jones futures are up 31 points. European markets are mixed with the spot futures of the London FTSE 100 trading down 0.36%, spot futures of Germany's DAX trading up 0.13% and spot futures of France's CAC Index trading up 0.47%. Asian markets are higher with Japan's Nikkei 225 index up 0.04% and China's Shanghai Composite Index up 0.55%.
