Corn slid lower as well, pressured in part by wheat and a slightly wetter outlook past the weekend following high temperatures. The soy complex was a mixed bag, with soymeal firm and soybean oil breaking a five-day winning streak. Spot August beans finished up over 30 cents. Dana Mantini Senior Market Analyst GENERAL COMMENTS: December corn closed down 17 cents per bushel at 5.48 and December corn was down 17 cents at 5.48.
