DTN Closing Grain Comments 07/28 14:01 Crop Prices Finish Lower Friday as Milder Northern Temperatures Arrive December corn closed down 12 cents and November soybeans were down 15 1/2 cents, pressured by the anticipation of milder northern temperatures this weekend and partial chances for moderate rain amounts across the central Corn Belt the next seven days. All three U.S. wheats were also lower, unfazed by unconfirmed reports on Twitter of a possible explosion in Rostov, Russia, an important wheat area and export route. Todd Hultman DTN Lead Analyst GENERAL COMMENTS: September corn closed down 12 1/4 cents and December corn was down 12 cents. August soybeans closed down 45 1/4 cents and November soybeans were down 15 1/2 cents. September KC wheat closed down 10 1/4 cents, September Chicago wheat was down 8 1/2 cents and September Minneapolis wheat was down 8 1/4 cents.
