DTN Closing Grain Comments 08/23 13:41 Prices of Corn, Soybeans and Wheat All Higher on Hot Wednesday December corn closed up 11 cents and November soybeans were up 14 1/2 cents with traders acknowledging this week's stress to crops in hot and mostly dry conditions. December contracts of all three wheats were also higher, finding support near this year's lows and possibly responding to another Russian attack on Ukrainian grain facilities Wednesday. Todd Hultman DTN Lead Analyst GENERAL COMMENTS: September corn closed up 9 3/4 cents and December corn was up 11 cents. September soybeans closed up 8 cents and November soybeans were up 14 1/2 cents. December KC wheat closed up 16 cents, December Chicago wheat was up 12 1/4 cents and December Minneapolis wheat was up 11 1/2 cents.
