Todd Hultman DTN Lead Analyst EARLY MORNING GLOBEX NET CHANGES: December corn was up 1 cent, November soybeans were down 11 cents and December KC wheat was down 3 cents. CME GLOBEX RECAP: Early Wednesday, Dow Jones futures are trading higher, along with stocks in Europe. According to CNBC.com, several retail companies are expected to report earnings Wednesday. A report of U.S. new home sales in July is set for 9:00 a.m. Wednesday, followed by the U.S. Energy Department's weekly energy inventories at 9:30 a.m. USDA's monthly cold storage report is due out at 2 p.m. OUTSIDE MARKETS: Previous closes Tuesday showed the Dow Jones Industrial Average down 174.86 at 34,288.83 and the S&P 500 Index down 12.22 at 4,387.55. The 10-Year Treasury yield ended at 4.33%. Early Wednesday, September Dow Jones futures are up 143 points. European markets are higher with the spot futures of the London FTSE 100 trading up 0.58%, spot futures of Germany's DAX trading up 0.49% and spot futures of France's CAC Index trading up 0.47%. Asian markets are mixed with Japan's Nikkei 225 index up 0.48% and China's Shanghai Composite Index down 1.34%.
