Todd Hultman DTN Lead Analyst EARLY MORNING GLOBEX NET CHANGES: December corn was down 3 cents, November soybeans were down 6 cents and December KC wheat was down 9 cents. CME GLOBEX RECAP: Early Tuesday, Dow Jones futures are trading higher, mostly in line with stocks in Europe. Later Tuesday morning, the Federal Reserve begins its two-day meeting another decision on interest rates due out Wednesday at 1 p.m. CDT. A report on U.S. housing starts is set for 7:30 a.m. OUTSIDE MARKETS: Previous closes Monday showed the Dow Jones Industrial Average up 6.06 at 34,624.30 and the S&P 500 Index up 3.21 at 4,453.53. The 10-Year Treasury yield ended at 4.32%. Early Tuesday, December Dow Jones futures are up 50 points. European markets are mostly higher with the spot futures of the London FTSE 100 trading up 0.22%, spot futures of Germany's DAX trading down 0.11% and spot futures of France's CAC Index trading up 0.12%. Asian markets are lower with Japan's Nikkei 225 index down 0.87% and China's Shanghai Composite Index down 0.03%.
