DTN Closing Grain Comments 10/25 13:48 Row Crop Prices Sag Lower, KC Wheat Posts New 2023 Low December corn closed down 4 cents, a fourth consecutive day lower as the forecast for rain continues to look more promising in South America. January soybeans were down 6 cents and December KC wheat fell 14 cents to a new 2023 low of $6.49 with rain in the southwestern Plains giving U.S. winter wheat crops a much-needed drink before winter. Todd Hultman DTN Lead Analyst GENERAL COMMENTS: December corn closed down 4 cents and July corn was down 3 cents. January soybeans closed down 6 cents and July soybeans were down 4 1/4 cents. December KC wheat closed down 14 cents, December Chicago wheat was down 12 cents and December Minneapolis wheat was down 7 1/2 cents.
