DTN Closing Grain Comments 11/29 13:41 Kansas City Wheat Soars Second Straight Day; Corn Sets a New Low Again in Quiet Trade Following the Tuesday new low in KC March wheat and the subsequent key reversal, wheat futures surged again Wednesday, perhaps signaling the bottom is in. In dull trade, corn futures reached a new low for the third consecutive day in slow trade before finishing a few cents higher. Soybeans and soy products were modestly lower after soybeans and bean oil closed strong the previous day. Dana Mantini Senior Market Analyst GENERAL COMMENTS: March corn closed up 2 1/4 cents per bushel, January soybeans were up 1/2 cent per bushel. March KC wheat closed up 16 1/2 cents per bushel, March Chicago wheat was up 13 3/4 cents per bushel and March Minneapolis wheat settled up 12 cents.
