White wheat was the exception, as cash bids held steady and spot basis levels weakened to less than 40 centsover Chicago March futures. Farmer selling remains very limited at current price levels. Shipments...Weekly export inspections showed an improvement for U.S. wheat loadings last week, coming in at 15.7 mb to put the year-to-date shipment total 21% behind a year ago at 342 mb. Hard red winter was the big mover for the week with 5.2 mb, followed by hard red spring with 4.7 me and soft white wheat at 2.7 mb. West coast loadings showed that South Korea took on 2.4 mb, followed by Japan with 2.2 mb and Thailand taking 2.1 mb.
