DTN Closing Livestock Comment 01/05 16:01 Cattle Futures Slip Lower Friday Additional pressure developed across cattle futures Friday with moderate to firm market losses redeveloping in live cattle and feeder cattle trade. Lean Hog futures posted gains for the second consecutive trading session. Rick Kment DTN Analyst GENERAL COMMENTS: From Friday to Friday, livestock futures scored the following changes: February Live cattle off $3.10, April Live cattle up $1.15; January Feeder cattle up $0.82, March Feeder cattle up $1.05; February Lean hogs up $2.03, February Lean hogs up $2.03; February Pork cutout up $1.18, February Pork cutout off $0.00.

Great American provides our agents with a comprehensive training program. We provide the tools and resources necessary to stay current in the ever-changing Crop Insurance Industry. We also provide training based on specialty crops and products, as well as basic training for agents new to the Crop Insurance Industry.

Great American provides convenient online testing that allows agents to meet their federal testing requirement from the comfort of their homes or offices. All agent testing will be completed within Crop University. Contact your regional office representative to establish a User ID and password.
