DTN Early Word Grains 03/05 05:33 Grain Prices, Oilseeds Quietly Lower Early Tuesday May corn was down 1 cent, May soybeans were down 5 cents and May KC wheat was down 2 cents. Todd Hultman DTN Lead Analyst EARLY MORNING GLOBEX NET CHANGES: May corn was down 1 cent, May soybeans were down 5 cents and May KC wheat was down 2 cents. CME GLOBEX RECAP: Early Tuesday, Dow Jones futures are trading a little lower, while grain and oilseed prices are also mostly lower. At 9 a.m. CST, U.S. factory orders will be released for January. OUTSIDE MARKETS: Previous closes Monday showed the Dow Jones Industrial Average down 97.55 at 38,989.83 and the S&P 500 Index down 6.13 at 5,130.95. The 10-Year Treasury yield ended at 4.22%. Early Tuesday, March Dow Jones futures are down 38 points. European markets are lower with the spot futures of the London FTSE 100 trading down 0.28%, spot futures of Germany's DAX trading down 0.24% and spot futures of France's CAC Index trading down 0.33%. Asian markets are mixed with Japan's Nikkei 225 index down 0.03% and China's Shanghai Composite Index up 0.28%.
