DTN Closing Grain Comments 04/05 13:47 Wheat Extends Gains; Corn Trades Lower; Soybeans, Bean Oil Finish Higher Wheat futures rose for the third consecutive day, led by Chicago wheat, while Minneapolis May wheat rose 25 cents from the Wednesday contract low. Corn futures challenged and failed at the 20-day moving average, closing lower. Soybeans rejected early weakness to finish higher along with bean oil futures. Dana Mantini Senior Market Analyst GENERAL COMMENTS: May corn closed down 1 cent per bushel, May soybeans finished up 5 cents per bushel. May KC wheat was up 4 3/4 cents per bushel, May Chicago wheat settled up 11 cents per bushel and May Minneapolis wheat was up 1 3/4 cents.

Great American provides our agents with a comprehensive training program. We provide the tools and resources necessary to stay current in the ever-changing Crop Insurance Industry. We also provide training based on specialty crops and products, as well as basic training for agents new to the Crop Insurance Industry.

Great American provides convenient online testing that allows agents to meet their federal testing requirement from the comfort of their homes or offices. All agent testing will be completed within Crop University. Contact your regional office representative to establish a User ID and password.
