DTN Closing Grain Comments 07/25 13:44 Soybean and Meal Prices Higher Thursday, Helped By New-Crop Sales November soybeans closed up 15 1/2 cents and September soybean meal was up $8.10, both benefitting from reports of new-crop export sales to unknown destinations and a forecast for hotter temperatures ahead. September contracts of all three U.S. wheats ended lower despite wildfires and hot and dry conditions in western spring wheat areas. Todd Hultman DTN Lead Analyst GENERAL COMMENTS: September corn closed up 2 1/4 cents and December corn was up 2 3/4 cents. August soybeans closed up 5 cents and November soybeans were up 15 1/2 cents. September KC wheat closed down 6 cents, September Chicago wheat was down 9 1/4 cents and September Minneapolis wheat was down 7 cents.
