DTN Closing Grain Comments 08/14 13:50 Sellers Back Off as Row-Crop Prices End a Little Higher Wednesday Market bears took a break from perpetual selling Wednesday and allowed November soybeans to crawl up 6 cents, while December corn closed up 3 1/2 cents, protecting Monday's bullish reversal. A slight decline in inflation data failed to solidify the Fed's rate cut decision in September. Todd Hultman DTN Lead Analyst GENERAL COMMENTS: September corn closed up 3 1/4 cents and December corn was up 3 1/2 cents. September soybeans closed up 5 cents and November soybeans were up 6 cents. September KC wheat closed down 1 1/2 cent, September Chicago wheat was up 6 cents and September Minneapolis wheat was down 1 cent.
