DTN Early Word Grains 08/30 05:50 Corn and soybeans are higher on strong demand, technical buying. EARLY MORNING GLOBEX NET CHANGES: December corn is up 1 1/2 cents per bushel, November soybeans are up 8 1/4 cents, December KC wheat is down 3 cents, December Chicago wheat is down 1 1/4 December corn is up 1 1/2 cents per bushel, November soybeans are up 8 1/4 cents, December KC wheat is down 3 cents, December Chicago wheat is down 1 1/4 cents and December Minneapolis wheat is down 1 cent. Kent Beadle, DTN Contributing Analyst EARLY MORNING GLOBEX NET CHANGES: December corn is up 1 1/2 cents per bushel, November soybeans are up 8 1/4 cents, December KC wheat is down 3 cents, December Chicago wheat is down 1 1/4 cents and December Minneapolis wheat is down 1 cent. CME GLOBEX RECAP: World equity markets are higher as traders anticipate PCE data Friday morning that will confirm the likelihood of a Fed rate cut in September. Thursday's data was in line with trader expectations, except for pending home sales which were down 5.5%. The revision to 2nd quarter GDP was 0.2% higher than expected with the new estimate at 3.0%. OUTSIDE MARKETS: Previous close Thursday showed the Dow Jones Industrial Average up 243.63 at 41,335.05 and the S&P 500 down 0.22 at 5,591.96, The 10-Year Treasury yield ended at 3.867%. Early Friday, the September Dow Jones Futures are up 66 points. European markets are higher with the spot futures of London's FTSE 100 trading up 0.33%, spot futures of Germany's DAX is trading up 0.18% and the spot futures of France's CAC 40 Index up 0.46%. Asian markets are higher with Japan's Nikkei 225 Index up 0.74% and China's Shanghai Composite Index up 0.68%.
