Todd Hultman DTN Lead Analyst EARLY MORNING GLOBEX NET CHANGES: December corn was up 3 1/2 cents, November soybeans were up 6 cents and December KC wheat was up 7 cents. CME GLOBEX RECAP: USDA's weekly export sales report is due out at 7:30 a.m. CDT Thursday, the same time as weekly U.S. jobless claims, the producer price index for August and the weekly U.S. Drought Monitor. The Energy Department's weekly report of natural gas storage is at 9:30 a.m., USDA's WASDE report is at 11 a.m., followed by a report on the August federal budget at 1 p.m. OUTSIDE MARKETS: Previous closes Wednesday showed the Dow Jones Industrial Average up 124.75 at 40,861.71 and the S&P 500 Index up 58.61 at 5,554.13. The 10-Year Treasury yield ended at 3.65%. Early Thursday, September Dow Jones futures are up 64 points. European markets are higher with the spot futures of the London FTSE 100 trading up 0.78%, spot futures of Germany's DAX trading up 1.38% and spot futures of France's CAC Index trading up 0.93%. Asian markets are mostly higher with Japan's Nikkei 225 index up 3.41% and China's Shanghai Composite Index down 0.17%.
