DTN Early Word Grains 10/30 05:45 Grain Markets Mixed With Soybeans Bouncing, Wheat and Corn Lower December corn is down 1 3/4 cents per bushel, January soybeans are up 2 cents, December KC wheat is down 7 cents, December Chicago wheat is down 4 3/4 cents and December Minneapolis wheat is down 5 1/2 cents. Kent Beadle, DTN Contributing Analyst EARLY MORNING GLOBEX NET CHANGES: December corn is down 1 3/4 cents per bushel, January soybeans are up 2 cents, December KC wheat is down 7 cents, December Chicago wheat is down 4 3/4 cents and December Minneapolis wheat is down 5 1/2 cents. CME GLOBEX RECAP: World equity markets are mixed, but mostly lower on Wednesday after a mixed U.S. session on Tuesday that had the Dow closing lower but the S&P closing higher. Tuesday's economic data was mixed, with the job openings (Jolt report) weaker than expected but with consumer confidence running much stronger than expected. On Wednesday morning, we will see the first read on 3rd quarter GDP along with pending home sales and the ADP employment number. OUTSIDE MARKETS: Previous closes Tuesday showed the Dow Jones Industrial Average down 154.52 at 42,233.05 and the S&P 500 up 9.40 at 5,832.92. The 10-Year Treasury yield ended at 4.274%. Early Wednesday, the December Dow Jones Futures are down 40 points. European markets are lower with the spot futures of London's FTSE 100 trading down 0.22%, spot futures of Germany's DAX is trading down 0.6% and the spot futures of France's CAC 40 Index down 1.09%. Asian markets are mixed with Japan's Nikkei 225 Index up 0.96% and China's Shanghai Composite Index down 0.61%.
