DTN Early Word Grains 11/12 05:44 Grain Markets Mixed With Corn Firm While Soybeans Correct Recent Gains December corn is up 2 cents per bushel, January soybeans are down 6 3/4 cents, December KC wheat is down 2 cents, December Chicago wheat is up 1/4 cent and December Minneapolis wheat is down 1/2 cent. Kent Beadle, DTN Contributing Analyst EARLY MORNING GLOBEX NET CHANGES: December corn is up 2 cents per bushel, January soybeans are down 6 3/4 cents, December KC wheat is down 2 cents, December Chicago wheat is up 1/4 cent and December Minneapolis wheat is down 1/2 cent. CME GLOBEX RECAP: World equity markets are lower Tuesday morning, led by Asian markets that are worried about the impact of U.S. policy on China in the aftermath of the election. Monday's focus was on incoming President Trump's selection of individuals who have expressed hawkish views on China, including rumors of Senator Rubio as Secretary of State and Robert Lighthizer reprising his role as U.S. Trade representative. Neither appointment is confirmed. With Monday being a Federal holiday, there were no major economic reports released. There will be three speeches Tuesday from various members of the Federal Reserve which will be watched closely. OUTSIDE MARKETS: Previous closes Monday showed the Dow Jones Industrial Average up 304.14 at 44,293.13 and the S&P 500 up 5.81 at 6,001.35. The 10-Year Treasury yield ended at 4.308%. Early Tuesday, the December Dow Jones Futures are down 16 points. European markets are lower with the spot futures of London's FTSE 100 trading down 0.91%, spot futures of Germany's DAX is trading down 0.79% and the spot futures of France's CAC 40 Index down 1.11%. Asian markets are lower with Japan's Nikkei 225 Index down 0.4% and China's Shanghai Composite Index down 1.39%.
