DTN Early Word Grains 11/29 05:48 Grain Markets Closed with Friday's Open Influenced by Export Sales, Strong Palm Oil Futures markets were closed overnight and will open at 8:30 a.m. CST. Kent Beadle, DTN Contributing Analyst EARLY MORNING GLOBEX NET CHANGES: Futures markets were closed overnight and will open at 8:30 a.m. CST. CME GLOBEX RECAP: World equity markets up with the U.S. market higher, regaining most of Wednesday's small losses. Wednesday's data was mixed, with GDP at 2.8% in line with trade expectations. Durable goods and the Chicago PMI was weaker than trade expectations, with personal income, jobless claims, and pending home sales better than expected. The major report was the PCE data which was exactly in line with trade expectations. This data should be good enough to keep the Fed's rate cut program in place. There are no major reports that will be released Friday. OUTSIDE MARKETS: Previous closes Wednesday showed the Dow Jones Industrial Average down 138.25 at 44,722.06 and the S&P 500 down 22.89 at 5998.74. The 10-Year Treasury yield ended at 4.242%. Early Wednesday, the December Dow Jones Futures are up 147 points. European markets are mixed with the spot futures of London's FTSE 100 trading down 0.12%, spot futures of Germany's DAX trading up 0.01% and the spot futures of France's CAC 40 Index down 0.06%. Asian markets are mixed with Japan's Nikkei 225 Index down 0.37% and China's Shanghai Composite Index up 0.93%.
