DTN Closing Grain Comments 07/11 13:40 Grains Disappoint, Finish Lower All three grains started higher Monday morning, but were red at the finish, overcome by concerns of rain in this week's forecast and Tuesday's WASDE report, due out at 11 a.m. CDT. Early commercial buying in soybean meal also fizzled Monday as August meal ended down $3.70.
