DTN Closing Grain Comments 12/16 14:02 Interest Rate Finally Lifted; Grains End Lower All three grains closed lower Wednesday as traders stood by and finally witnessed the Fed raise the interest rate range by a quarter percent. Sluggish exports, related to the higher U.S. dollar, remain an ongoing bearish influence for grains.
