DTN Closing Grain Comments 12/30 13:43 Sayonara 2016 As we say goodbye to 2016, it's ironic to note that grains closed the last day of the year opposite what annual percent change studies show. Corn and wheat finished higher for the day, but down for the year, while soybeans' lower Friday close didn't change their stronger yearly performance all that much. Outside markets were mostly lower ahead of the three-day holiday weekend.
