White wheat basis remains somewhat defensive, but club wheat premiums over soft white jumped another 25 cents to +125. Shipments...Weekly export inspections showed another relatively good week of export loadings for U.S. wheat, coming in at 19.2 mb to put the year-to-date total at 389 mb and 23% ahead of a year ago. Top shipper was hard red winter with 6.2 mb, with both soft white and red spring at 4.8 mb. Top destinations off the west coast included Yemen with 2.9 mb, Japan with 2.5 mb and the Philippines at 2.4 mb. Crop Progress..USDA shows all three Pacific Northwest states back on par with winter wheat plantings. Idaho, Oregon and Washington all show progress at or above 90%.
