DTN Closing Grain Comments 12/16 13:55 Winter Wheat Prices Climb on Hints Of Trouble March KC wheat closed up 19 1/4 cents and March Chicago wheat was up 17 1/4 cents, both spurred higher by early reports of wet weather problems in western Europe and dry weather problems in western and northern Ukraine. Corn and soybean prices also finished higher a second day, benefitting from Friday's announcement of a trade agreement between the U.S. and China.
