Hard red winter basis levels stair-stepped lower against the higher move in futures last week and currently sets 20 cents lower than two weeks ago. Hard red spring basis also slipped a dime, while basis on soft white remains at its lowest point in over a year. Shipments...Weekly export inspections showed a subdued pace of export loading for U.S. wheat over the holiday week, coming in at 12.3 mb to put year-to-date shipmentst at 545 mb and 18% ahead of a year ago. Hard red winter was the top mover for the week with 9.1 mb, followed by red spring with 5 mb and soft white at 1.9 mb.
