Tregg Cronin DTN Contributing Analyst Pre-6 a.m. Globex Prices: December corn is up 2 3/4 cents per bushel, November soybeans are up 4 1/4 cents, and September KC wheat is down 2 1/2 cents. CME Globex Recap: Mixed global equity trade overnight, although there are plenty of headlines to keep markets jumpy. On Thursday, financial media began carrying news the White House was considering putting the popular social media app TikTok on a blacklist that would effectively prevent Americans from using it in an effort to prevent China from obtaining personal data. Such a high-profile move would undoubtedly fracture relations just as China has been buying large amounts of U.S. ag products. Energy markets are softer overnight, bonds are slightly higher, the U.S. Dollar Index is weaker and precious metals are lightly mixed. Grain markets are mixed with row crops higher and wheat markets steady to lower. China and weather remain the primary drivers of price direction as the Midwest corn crop enters full pollination. Weekend weather maps will once again drive Sunday night price action, but there doesn't seem to be anything overly threatening on the final day of trade this week.
