Hard red winter was also moving higher, as nearby basis levels strengthened a dime to 160 over. White wheat basis at 360 over Chicago sets at five times the ten-year average, hard red winter basis at 160 over sets 60 cents above average and hard red spring basis of 135 over is a dime above average. Shipments...Weekly export inspections remain relatively subdued with U.S. wheat shipments coming in just slightly above a week ago at 14 mb. Year-to-date shipments are now at 238 mb, which is running 13% behind a last year at this time. Top shipper for the week was hard red winter at 6.9 mb, followed by hard red spring with 3.6 mb and white wheat at 2.7 mb.
